To improve lighting efficiency and luminescence within the ANDRITZ Park House East warehousing facility.
Approach
105 existing lighting units were replaced with 85 energy efficient luminairs to improve working conditions and visibility whilst saving on cost, energy and maintenance.
The Outcome
Savings in energy and a reduction in carbon emissions was seen from day one with over 9000 KWH p/a saved. Projected savings in electricity and maintenance costs over a 5-year period, after removing product and labour costs show a cash in the bank figure of £3153.
